Naveen Kumar Jha is a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python, Django, SQL, and AWS. With almost a year of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of building efficient and effective web application features. Currently working at zustweb opc pvt. ltd. as a Backend Developer, Naveen has worked in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where he has tested web app features and provided support to the preferred authority. Naveen has also built new website features for given projects and used external applications and APIs to develop efficient web application features. He has a sound understanding of RESTful and Django Rest frameworks and has built well-written Application Programming Interfaces (API) using these frameworks. Naveen has also explored ways to visualize and send daily reports of development work to team members using version control and other related tools. Prior to his current role, Naveen worked as a Campus Cloud Facilitator at gdsc dr. aith, where he facilitated more than 100 students with a completion rate of 60% for the "Google Cloud for 30 Days" Program. As the team leader, he learned about collaboration and multi-functionality with the team to solve the queries and problems of the participants, ranging from pedagogical to non-pedagogical. It motivated him to build his basic knowledge of cloud computing and also helped him gain experience with real-time cloud computing applications. Naveen has also worked as an Open Source lead at gdsc dr. aith, where he guided more than 100 students about open-source tools like Git and GitHub and inspired them to make open-source contributions. He assisted students with their open-source projects and contributions. Naveen holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from dr. ambedkar institute of technology, where he studied from 2019 to 2023. He has a strong tech stack that includes Backend, SQL, AWS, Django, Python, Web, and test. Naveen is a committed and hardworking individual who is passionate about delivering quality work.
